Order Cancellation
We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days. Customers can cancel the transaction at any time before the order begins the shipping process. If the ordered product has been shipped, the customer can apply for order interception via email notification, or return the product according to DJLBERMPW’s return policy.
Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. When you send us an email to request a return, we will usually respond to you within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Once you receive your package, we recommend that you keep the original packaging handy in case you may need it in the future. When requesting a return, you will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. For DJLBERMPW products purchased from other authorized retailers or sellers, please contact the seller from whom the item was originally purchased.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for product returns will be paid by DJLBERMPW under the following conditions:
1. The product is damaged during transportation
2. The product is defective and cannot be repaired
3. The wrong product was shipped
4. Shipped to wrong address
If the product is purchased incorrectly due to the customer's fault and the product needs to be returned, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer and returned to the designated warehouse. For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Damage And Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and provide a solution.
For items that arrive damaged or defective, the customer must provide video or photos to support the claim that the item arrived damaged or defective. If the customer refuses or fails to provide video or photos of the claimed faulty/damaged item, it is the customer's sole responsibility to return it.
Refund Policy
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to return or refund the product. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have received the returned item and inspected it, we will notify you via email. For approved refund orders, DJLBERMPW will automatically refund according to the original payment method within 3~7 working days. If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, please contact the customer support team.
